Hello @winstont19 that blue thing is a frog.. and in fact a very useful frog.. all you have to do is match the frog like a normal candy with its same color, like for instance that blue frog can be combined with blue candies, it can become a striped , wrapped and color bomb candy too.. once you notice that it blinks or radiates, click the frog and place it anywhere you want it.. much better to place it beside a hard candy, for it will create a bomb surrounding it crashing hard candies..
