I got a new device, not an iphone, and my gifts and prizes (prize wheel) were wiped out. I had over thirty of each! Quite a bit to lose. My progress was not lost, thankfully. It synced with Facebook and was exactly on track. The special boosters were cleared though, and I was wondering if there was a way to sync those to get them back. I have tried contacting King, but only receive an automated email that doesn't help at all.
