To collect the frogs together you have to combine it with candies of the same color. For example, if the frog is orange in color, you need to mix it with other orange candies until it swells. This way, you can move it to break the bricks.
I redid the level, "blow up" the frog twice first at the top, after doing it twice, blow it up at the bottom.
If you immediately move it down you can no longer combine it with other candies
