I have just been informed that the problem affecting this level (1347) has now been resolved. The game was automatically updated so if you log-in to play now the level will play just fine. Of course, make sure that your chosen browser has the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, and we also recommend clearing out the browser cache on a regular basis.

Mine also freezes, but playing it on King.com. Particularly frustrating because I also have a glitch where I'm not getting messages/notifications so cannot ask for or receive or give lives.
I have this issue, too. I've lost several lives (not a big deal) and many boosts. It seems to happen when I'm getting close to winning the level. It just freezes and you can only quit the game. I've let it sit for over an hour, hoping it would come back, but no go.Please fix this.

For King Support: I have had this issue in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on OS X, and in Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10. I'm willing to provide exact version information if necessary. The problem appears to be with the Flash version of the game, as I have not seen this hang during play on iOS or Android.
This is driving me insane with it sticking lost so many lives and loads of boosts it needs sorted as this cant keep happening
I've got the same problem on this level, just froze 5 games in a row
i have the same problem, lost many lives and boosters....
same with me this needs fixing
Just got this game after a week and many lives of sticking so its not impossible just got a board that luckily did not freeze ....keep trying btw 1348 is really nastysame with me this needs fixing
Yep, it's been days where I just keep wasting lives. Oh well, too bad I lost a couple boosts before I realized it was a problem. Why no fix?
