Why don't I receive lives or extra moves playing Candy Crush on my tablet?

When I click on "notifications" on my tablet, the lives and extra moves don't show up in my envelope. Then when I play on my computer, there are no notifications but when I click on the game, the lives and extra moves that I should have received on my tablet pop up. They don't do any good there because I already have 5 lives to start and you can't save any.

Thanks for the answer but I actually found out I was playing without being connected to Facebook. I thought I was connected because my picture showed up on each level. Once before the space for my picture was blank and I found out I wasn't connected to Facebook, so I figured if my picture showed up I was connected.

Sounds like something is not right with the install of Candy Crush on your tablet. I suggest you use your boosters, make sure the game is connected to Facebook (to store your progress and gold bars) then un-install, reboot and re-install Candy Crush. Hopefully this solve the issue.

I lost win streak because add stuck.Can you help me to recover that?I had 3000+ win streak.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
