The Fantastic 5 is an extra challenge and bonus game in Candy Crush Saga.
The Fantastic 5 like all bonus games and events are never permanent features in the game.
This means, that these extras can be unavailable for some time on some platforms or devices, some regions or for some players.
Connection issues may also cause that a specific feature do not show up.
Please make sure to have the app updated and then restart the game and all extra features should show up, if they are available in your game and device at that moment.
If Fantastic 5 or any other feature is still missing, the game still features many other challenges and bonuses that you can enjoy.
Yesterday I still had my Fantastic 5-event. Today, it's gone. Where did this go wrong? I already messaged the team-owner, and she replied to me that she's still having the event, and I'm showing within the team (she even send me a screenshot). But it's not showing in my game. It's like it's been removed overnight together with the blue skates. And believe me, it didn't just happen on my end. I'm seeing lots of complaints at the Candy Crush Saga All Help-group. Please do get this sorted asap.

Thanks for passing it on to the Game Team @kiara_wael. I am connected to FB, and for your info, it didn't just happen in the Windows 10-app, but also if I open the game through FB, it's gone. And believe me, before posting in here I tried a few things myself to get it sorted.
I'm starting to wonder if this only is happening to the same group of people who've had the extreme "snow-explosions" in the game. I don't think that was affecting everyone. But there's 1 thing I know for sure, something really is messed up. And it really needs to be looked into.
