I am sorry to hear about your experience and I understand your worries.
Unfortunately lives/boosters can occasionally be lost due to several reasons. As they are items saved directly to your device's memory, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, lives/boosters can be lost.
We never recommend storing too many free boosters/lives on your device as not only is there a chance they may be lost but they can also affect the game play.
As visible on the Daily Booster Wheel the free items won are ''Non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game," and for this reason we do not compensate any free boosters that may have been lost.
In case you have lost any of purchased boosters/items please let me know and those will be restored.
