I am not sure what to say about that @brightstar1 as my rewards were provided as soon as I opened my game. It appeared as one of those present boxes.
The standard response for issues like yours is to say that you should contact Player Support. I don't really like that as an answer because generally I believe that that answer is given knowing full well that you won't get a favourable response.
I also don't like that answer because it misses the point that you shouldn't have to contact Player Support for something that you should have received automatically.

@Alienscar I definitely didn't have that present box when I logged in. Thank you for the honesty, but from past experience, I bet they will want a screenshot to prove I didn't receive it, even though the only one I have is what my score was in the event because I kept checking over two days to see if it would show up.
