I cannot open the candy box, I get a notification at the events and when I enter the events I see a Exclamation mark (!) at the Candy box and as soon as I click on it, it disappears without the possibility of opening and as soon as I exit the events the mark reappears. what's the problem? And why can't I open the candy box like before?
Hello @Fotop if a feature doesn't work correctly, but the rest of your game and features are fine then the fault must lie with King.
If you have signed in/out of your game and restarted your device, also cleared the app cache then that is all you can do. If that hasn't worked this is another indication that the fault lies with King.
It is obvious that an update was completed last week on the Chocolate Box, but it would appear that for some people the update has caused issues.
Other members of this community have had a similar issue to you and @Sukanta_Biswas told a user that he was going to report the issue to the Game Team. Hopefully then your issue will get resolved soon.
