has not synced with Facebook correctly

Hi on the king.com i am on level 4301 but on Facebook it shows that i am on level 586.

I only have this Facebook account and would have never synced with another Facebook account and i obviously dont want to lose my progress when you turn off candy crush on king.com.

My ID on Facebook is 1009958230 but when i go to the game settings on facebook the ID is 100000935482914

I have tried logging out of Facebook and king but still cant get it to sync to the correct level and on king.com settings it says on the Score and progression sync

You have already synced your progress.

Now i may have synced the account a long time ago but since then as you can see i have made a lot of progress.

The email i log in with on Facebook and king are different although i dont think that makes a difference as my contact email is the same on Facebook and king.com

Please help me sort this out i am using a PC

    Hi @little8571 !

    To get the accounts to the same level, you will need to sync them via the settings on King.com.

    If you get the message "You have already synced your progress". Then your King account is already synced with another Facebook account since before.

    You can only sync one King account with one Facebook account. Because of this it doesn't allow you to sync your Facebook to it.

    Player Support can manually move you to the same level on Facebook as you are on your King account, but the games on these two accounts cannot be synced.

    If you prefer to play on Facebook, then please email Player Support and ask them to restore the game on Facebook to the same level as on your King account.

    Hi I only have one Facebook account so i couldn't have already synced with any other account as its just not possible. I did play candy crush on facebook before but i think something has gone wrong somewhere and i notice i am not the only person with this issue.

    I contacted player support 5 days ago and still have not had a reply, so will message them again and hopefully they can sort it out, even if they just put me to the right level on facebook. Thanks for your help will email them again
