I have been passing levels but my weekly race total indicates 22 levels passed even though I have passed 27! When I pass a level the weekly race tally shows 23 levels. The next time I look it shows 22. This has happened several times this week. It's impossible to win the challenge if you don't get credited with levels that you've passed.

I'm playing on a tablet. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still have the same problem. Passed two levels yesterday and the number of levels passed still shows 22.
It appears that none of the others in the weekly race are advancing. The two highlighted players have been at 33 and 21 for several days. Seems like a programming issue.

Disregard my last report. The Weekly Contest is still frozen. None of the therr players in my list are accumulating passed levels and the times remaining has not changed. We cannot reach the point to collect boosters.
Next the Chocolate Box is also frozen with a sever error response. Once again no boosters can be distributed. Is Candy Crush falling apart?
It's just getting worse. Now the weekly race still shows 3 days 23 hrs constantly but my weekly tally dropped from 22 to 6! And the Chocolate Box cannot connect to the server. The only sources of boosters is the Booster Wheel and the Daily Treat machine.
I've taken all the suggested troubleshooting steps to no avail.
I’ve won 4 games today in a row and didn’t get credit for any, and yesterday the same thing. I’ve lost 10 or more credits on the weekly race that I’m due. We play hard to win our credits and to get our rewards and we get screwed out of them!!! I’m very upset about this and please don’t forward the same form response about clearing the catch etc.
Now the weekly race has reset to 00 and I’ve lost all my wins !!!! Not happy
Hi. I’m just wondering if you have discontinued the weekly race. It stopped for me before Christmas and hasn’t returned which is really disappointing.
