Cloud climb

So the other day I had a problem with power pop and now that feature has completely disappeared for me.
now I have cloud climb problems, repeatedly. I win and collect my items but they are not given to me during game play. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello my friend,
Indeed frustrating this is and happen's to some of us myself included....at first I didn't know what to do until the Support Team informed me that there was glitches within the game and they are still working on them as I myself found the best way around it was by clicking on my Avatar and clicking back off and then the booster's that I had won in the Cloud Climb showd up....granted that I had to do this 2 time's on another occasion as it happened more than once to me and I found it worked faster than waiting on the Support Team to reply back to me....

My cloud climb has now disappeared too. I need to stop writing here complaining. Lol.

I think it disappeared because the event is over (was available until 23 March), but another one will come soon and there will definitely be a new climb.

Of course, I do have this issue.
Happened several times.
Yesterday I won 30 min of swedish fish, 30 min colorbomb, 1 hour coconut wheel. But they've given me only 30 min swedish fish. How frustating.
I thunk this happens because of their cheap systems.
