Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

The feature you are referring to is the Music box.
The Mugic box feature belongs to the test group and the feature is randomly assigned to some players as a test, meaning that not everyone will find this feature in their game.This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain period of time so I believe you will find this feature in your game in the near future🤗
The Mr.trophy challenge will appear in your game if you do not receive the milestone badge as soon as you pass the level 10000. If you don't get any, wait until the next version and let us know.
