Why won't Alphabetty load on Facebook?

Every time I try to load, it tells me I need a Flash Player. I have Google Chrome which has the Flash Player included. I checked the plugins and it was Disabled. I changed to Enable and checked the box to always allow to run, however, it's still telling me I need a Flash Player. Please help!!

Check that you don't have ShockWave player enabled as well as this often clashes with Flash. Disable it and try to load the game again, see if it works for you.

Hasn't worked on Facebook since I upgraded to Windows 10 months ago. I miss this game.
