I having Black Screen when access watch Ads to gain live all the times for the last 2 days.

It's so annoying as i have to shut down and load in again and again.

Indeed make me Run out of patient.

Hi@horsey145 yes that is a problem that keeps happening and it is very frustrating. Every now and again the ads work well then crash again.

@horsey145 it is a shame as we were told the issue of adverts crashing the game had been fixed. Since the 'fix' my Sweet Cinema has stopped working and I no longer get adverts for more moves. Ah well better than my game being crashed I guess. I also noticed that since the 'fix' was mentioned more people have started to complain about adverts.

The issue is even more disheartening when you realise that it has been going on for over three years.

When is the issue with the ads going to be fixed? It has gotten to the point where I can't even play Candy Crush. Please just fix the software and stop making excuses.

Same problem. What has been done to fix this? Black screen of death is worse than ever, very frustrating.
