A couple of other people have posted about this issue @esibley but the answer seems to be that it is an Apple issue and not a King issue.
Please contact Apple Support to see if they can help.
Evening, I don’t know if this was ever corrected but I am having the same problem. I have a King account and unable to update as I have the same error message. Not sure if anyone can help? TIA

I have a new iPad, the app was showing on my screen but took me back to level 1. So I deleted the app and attempted to re download. Then it said the account was disabled. I normally play just through the app, not connected to face book most times

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
