Lost streak after game just closed

I was playing candy crush and the game just closed down on me. So I opened the app up and a life was gone and my game boosters that you get from winning levels back to back were gone. I need someone that operates the game to fix my game boosters. I worked hard on winning many levels in a row and I’m not starting over.

    Unfortunately when your game crashes like this, you will lose the streak. It happens to me sometimes too. It's upsetting but there's nothing that can be done really :(

    Mine did this a few days ago after a 40 something streak. Today it did it again after I BEAT the level (it was just doing the auto end of the level power ups) and I still lost a life and my streak. It’s so frustrating but unfortunately you can’t get the streak back.
