App Gets in no where situation.. not able to go next level.Exploring Time is ON and clear a level 1

Exploring Time is ON and clear a level 1 before exploring time level & put app in background mode for some time.Resume app after sometime,app won't take you exploring time gift scene & not even to game scene.

Hi Sakshi- Welcome to King Care! Thanks for taking the time to upload this video onto the forum. A lot of players have reported that if they are experiencing a problem with the Treasure Chests, that simply closing the game and reopening it fixes most issues.
However if this does not work please log out of Facebook, force close all apps and restart your device: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

Solution which you gave me,i have already mentioned in my question.
But why to quit app?Thats my concern!!
