Exploring Time is ON and clear a level 1 before exploring time level & put app in background mode for some time.Resume app after sometime,app won't take you exploring time gift scene & not even to game scene.

Hi Sakshi- Welcome to King Care! Thanks for taking the time to upload this video onto the forum. A lot of players have reported that if they are experiencing a problem with the Treasure Chests, that simply closing the game and reopening it fixes most issues.
However if this does not work please log out of Facebook, force close all apps and restart your device: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
