Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features (Chocolate Box or Daily Calender )might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Hi there, the features you mentioned are pretty common. If you can, try playing a few levels and see if they return - I find that signing in and out and playing some levels usually makes some features come back :)

Hello and welcome to the community.
You may not know that daily treat calendar was removed in September,2021.
It was replaced by a new feature called as "Daily treat machine"
However if you don't have this feature, the best way to get it is changing devices.
