for the last week, at home and work, on home laptop and work laptop, every time i go to purchase coins, the "purchase window" goes white and freezes for over 2 minutes. sometimes it says purchase failed, no money removed. sometimes it stays frozen. is there anything i can do to remedy this situation?

Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Go to the Settings in the upper right corner of the Saga map in your game. Choose Help Center, then the topic and you'll find 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
