Hi @habiby_ya_omry welcome to the community 😊 maybe try updating the game, force closing the app and restarting the level usually helps if an event is not starting or appearing in the game. Hope this helps : )

I completed my chocolate box today. The reward should have been one hour of unlimited lives, 10 gold bars. Before I could collect, the chocolate box disappeared in my game the next time I logged on to play. I still had 2 days to finish the challenge so I know it wasnt because I ran out of time. This is very frustrating! Please look I to this.
