I finished level 1835 in Candy Crush Saga on my PC but the game stops there, not moving to the next level, is level 1835 the last one?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
