If you play on mobile, then go to the Start Menu - Settings - Cogwheel - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars. You will then find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

Cannot log out…have restarted device several times. All King games have the same problem trouble connecting. Try again later.
But I must ask, what happens if you try logging in and out of the app account? This will help you move forward.

When this message appears, your app has most likely been corrupted. In this case, the only way to restore it is to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Unfortunately, by doing this, you will lose your boosters but not your progress and gold bars.
Is there a difference between uninstalling and deleting? How do you uninstall?
