Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

To get the banner you have to pass the Milestone Challenge that will suddenly appear in the game.
It usually appears after passing a few levels after the Milestone level. But keep in mind that this feature is not available to all players at the moment.

I just passed level 5000. Community says the banner on my profile picture is automatically added. It is not. I even logged off and came back on. No banner. What do I need to do?

You shouldn't need to complete a task for the banner, it should be there automatically. Try signing out and back in of your account, and make sure the milestone banner is checked off in your profile :)
Thank you for your answer. I did not hurry with that, because 4000 banner chalenge did not disappear even the time ended. I thought this would be the same. I do not have time to play every day...

The milestone challenge must be crossed within a week otherwise it will disappear, but it may also reappear later to give you the opportunity to resume the banner again.
Note: Sometimes it can disappear even for a long time and then suddenly reappear.
Hello folks! I got to level 5000 and there was a task of 5 extra levels to complete to get a level 5000 ribbon. That task however disappered and now I can not play and try the ribbon. I already haven level 4000 ribbon and there was extra task also then. But the task did NOT disappear, I had a lot of time to complete it. Can I somehow get back that extra task to play for 5000 level ribbon or is this now the situation, that I can not get the ribbon. I think this is not right and I should get the possibility to get the ribbon just the way I had this opportunity at level 4000.
Passed 5000 level, on 5861 now and no badge was added automatically.
What if I don't have the "milestone badge" option in the setting features?

As Sukanta Biswas the Candy Crush Moderator (Candy Crush Master) suggested this feature :
The Milestone Challenge is an event and there are several targets, each quest has a target, and after completing the targets you can unlock the Milestone Badge feature.
Each of the green crowns you get in the picture above is a quest. You need complete each quest before the end of the scheduled time and there are time is set below the quests.
If you complete each quest before the time runs out, the Milestone Badge feature will be unlocked for you.😊
What is milestone badge?
There is a milestone every 1000 level intervals and there are a total of 10 milestones at the moment and they are 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000 and 11000 respectively.
The current milestone badge will be added to your avatar whenever you cross a milestone. For example, if you complete the Level 5000, the 5,000 milestone badge will be added to your avatar. As I crossed the level 10000 so my avatar has the 10,000 milestone badge.
What are the benefits of this badge?
You'll find your friends' avatars with milestone badges on your leaderboard, and you'll easily find out which friends are on which milestones, according to their badges.In the same way your friends can find out which milestones you have crossed😜
Can I remove the feature from my game?
You cannot manually remove any feature from the game.However, if you do not want to use this feature, you can turn it off from the settings menu and turn it on again at any time.😀
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Features - Milestone Badge - Off/On.

Congrats on level 5000! To make my badge appear, I had to sign in and out of my account on the app and then play a couple of levels. Cheers!

With regards to your milestone banner a funny thing happened to me last week which might help you.
I have never received any of the Milestone banners previously, but I now have the banner for level 3000. It was applied automatically by the game, but not straight away. When I first completed level 3000 I didn't receive a milestone banner, but after a couple of weeks had gone by I played level 3000 again and mysteriously when I completed the level I was awarded the Milestone Banner.
Long story short I would suggest you try playing level 3000 again to see if the same thing happens to you.

I have personally contacted Crazy Cad Lad about Christine - CassD. This milestone challenge will not be repeated. I would like to ask you not to mention this challenge anymore, because it is confusing for the players. I didn't get my 6000 banner either, and I didn't get that challenge back then either. It is randomly assigned. I hope to get it at 7000. Otherwise, only those who spend money on the games get it. Then I'll never get it. Please be open and honest with the players! That was always important to me.

Sorry to disappoint you, but this challenge still appears every now and then.
It happened to both my mother and some of my friends last week.
EDIT: I also noticed that sometimes the banner appears automatically, but the Milestone Challenge still appears to some players.
Thanks for the answer. I'm just wondering why this was said by the CM and now it's said differently. It's all very confusing. Candy Crush is the only game I play. And I play this a lot to get ahead. I'm at 6400 with a few levels. I'm very constantly into events and I've never had it before. I don't think I'll ever get it either. I will see it. I'm only here because of the banner. greeting

Also, try signing in and out of your account and play a few levels. The banner appeared for me by doing this.

It usually appears after passing a few levels after the Milestone level. But please note that the badge / banner is not available to all players at the moment. Also, make sure you have the Milestone Badge option checked in your settings.
NOTE: If you can't get it now, it doesn't mean you won't get it in the future. Make sure you always have the app up to date, it can appear at any time.
