Why doesn’t Candy Royale work for me?

I recently completed a 7 level candy royale. At various time it informed me of share of award, at one time early on it was 12 then became 45, then I havent received any award at all and dverything regarding this has disappeared. So to date I have received nothing This is the secong time this has happened. Any ideas ??

Keep in mind that this game is being played worldwide by millions of people (there's many that quit & many others just beginning, but that's a different point), & quite a few of 'em have reached the top of the card (or near there); more than enough for the event to function correctly.
The star tournament (a similar thing) is working just fine, BTW.

I've never had the chance to use this feature either, are you in the levels near the end of the map?
The higher up you are in the game the more difficult is it to find enough online players on the exact same level. When the game cannot find 99 other players online on the exact same level as you, you will get this message that "Delicious things are still being prepared".
Hello Tulip if you are near to the end of the Candy Crush map then Candy Royale will not work for you. Players near to the end of the map receive a message that says 'Delicious things are still being prepared. Please try again later.' If you are seeing this message then Royale will not work for you as the feature apparently can't find another 99 players for you to play against

why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
