problems with candy crush

I am having exactly the same problem. as above on Windows 10 PC, Facebook on Firefox and Google Chrome as well as on the Beta App. I see this has been happening for at least 7 months. I hope you can answer and advise what the solution is and if there is any way a user can overcome this problem other than clearing the cache, rebooting, turning the modem off and on again, etc. It is extremely frustrating. Other members of my family are having the same problem.Location Australia

I am having the same problem, Explorer 10, UK I play, get to the save level having won the level I am on and get the error message. Very frustrating. I can clear the cache and it lets me play but does not save the result of the level.
