Candy Crush level 242 glitch?

I have been stuck on level 242 for a moment. The objective is to collect four ingredients. I've collected all four ingredients but the game doesn't end (go to sugar crush mode) and when I run out of moves it says I've failed and only need one more ingredient even though there are checkmarks next to both ingredient types. This has happened multiple times, any ideas?

Hi Erin- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have been experiencing some troubles passing level 242. Please could you upload a screenshot of the end of level board so that we can take a look? You can add an image to your reply by clicking on the paperclip icon in the top left hand corner of the text box.

No option to buy extra moves or watch ads after level ends - (Edited by CM: Fixed!)
End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
