Problem whid authorization

Hey! I usually play Candy Crush Saga on both my iPad at home. I authorized the game when I was abroad Menne I came home and wanted to join the game to Facebook on the iPad to update the track, I was referred to a Facebook page which read "You have Already Authorized Candy Crush Saga." You could simply press the Cancel or OK. Pressing the cancel then it will not be updated. Pressing the OK to connect the game to another person's Facebook account was guest of me and the game starts from level one and I play now on track in 1887. I am heartbroken. Is there anything I can do to get back my game. I have deleted both the Facebook app and Candy Crush app and installed again but the problem remains. Please help me!

Hi Dragona- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem connecting to your personal Facebook account. Let's try to find a solution.

Please could you follow these steps on the iPad:

-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook.
