Hello On my phone i'm much furder whit candy crush saga then on my pc. But it won't sync

I'm having some real problems with Farm Heroes and I've posted a question about this. I've also made contact via Twitter and email and no response whatsoever. I have the red x, can no longer log in and my progress on King.com is different than that on my phone. Here's a link to my situation:

What's it going to take to get some kind of a resolution? I see other people being helped but after over a week with my husband trying as well - nothing.
I'd like to proceed on my phone, make purchases, play the game as usual but I'm stuck because I can no longer log in on my phone and it shows that no connection is available (which is ridiculous because I can play other King games).
If some one have issue with sync, just go to Play Market app->My apps and Games->find Candy Crush->Update manually.

It works for me also now, just updated the game on my phone and now i can sync.

Yay! It worked! I just updated the game on my phone and it synced to the level on my phone (which was higher than the level on my PC). Thank you!
