since I updated my username and password .. they couldn't sync with my ipad App
all I see is a default avatar and lost my progress .. still i can play but with no events there
every time try to sign-in all I got is 'there is a connection problem, try in a bit' no matter how many times i try got the same thing.

If you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted.
An image like this will appear
Unfortunately, when this happens, the app needs to be reinstalled, but note that in this case, you will lose all your boosters but not your gold bars and progress.
NOTE: Your progress will not be lost only if your profile was previously linked to a King or Facebook account.
PS: Please remove your personal email.

You need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels

Okay guys .. I have another solution
can I sign up with a new email to solve this out instead of the old one
that can save my current progress and boosters ... ( just like i did for the very first time) I played first then i made an account
and everything never changed... so can I?
