If you have had any problems with your rewards, please contact the Royalty Team directly from your account.
Log in to your Royalty account and go on "provide feedback" in the side menu (where your avatar is located). At the bottom of the page you will find the email to contact them.

Please contact the Royalty Team directly .Log in to your Royalty account on Royalty.king.com and go to 'Provide feedback' in the side menu. You can then provide any feedback from that page, but also email any other concerns from the bottom of the page.
