When I play Candy Crush on my Kindle Fire HD 8.9 the game slows way down, freezes and shuts down sometimes. I have done all the Amazon kindle helps such as restarting and resetting back to factory settings and it still happens.
This is the version I have. I have tried all the helps from Amazon and cleared the cookies etc and it still is freezing and shutting off by itself. Any other options?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
