i transferred to a new iPad (Air2)and lost all my lives and boosters. I also am not receiving any new lives from friends.

When we change the device and transfer the progress, only level progress and Gold bars are transferred. But, the boosters & lives received from friends will not be transferred as they are stored on device local memory. Please see This Link for (click on Green letters) further information.

It wouldn't be possible in Candy Crush. I've seen it confirmed by the moderators here on the site.
I'm not sure in Jelly Saga but either way, the items are free so you can't win them again when the promotions are in play.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
