I bought a new iPad, but on transferring I lost all lives and boosters

Your answer is incorrect. A friend and I bought new ipads at the same time, her boosters and lives transferred over just fine, mine went to zero. Explain why she got them and I did not.Lives and boosters don't transfer, you can read more about it here:

Hello @1201Sena🤗 Hearty Welcome back to our sweet King Community!
When we change the device and transfer the progress, only level progress and Gold bars are transferred. But, the boosters & lives received from friends will not be transferred as they are stored on device local memory. Please see This Link for (click on Green letters) further information.
