Game restarted to level 1

I've reach level 1570 but since I updated the latest version it restarted to level 1. I tried every way searching the answer in King Care: deleted the app, logged out, deleted facebook and restarted my phone but they did not help at all. Please advise

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
