Lost process after trying to Sync FB on my new Android Phone

I have tried to connect FB account on the candy crush app on my new Android phone. I was sent back to Level 1 while i was previously on level 125.
I normally use it on my iPad which was logged our of FB and when logged back in lost the progress there too.
Now am back on Level 1 on both my iPad and Android Phone. Can someone help please.

As long as you actively connected your game to Facebook beforehand, the progress will be saved and synced to that account. A good way to double check if it has been synced is to load the game directly on Facebook and see where it places you in the saga.

I did that and its reset my facebook progress also, I have been playing on my iPad and am positive i have connected it with my facebook as i was getting help from my friends on facebook all the time. I bought a new android phone, installed candycrush and when logged in using fb it has reset my levels on FB. I would have thought that it got those levels to my android phone but it reset it to the level i was on the phone. Do you have any other suggestions, appreciate your help very much and thanks again.
