For whatever reason, the game wont load anymore. It gets to 100 percent, but then never progresses past that page, so can't play since it never actually gets to the game. Any suggestions?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
