Hi, I’ve been trying to open Candy Royale for about 3 days now, I keep getting the same message that delicious things are being prepared. I’m at level 10686 so I thought there would be competitors, is there something wrong with my app?

Yesterday Candy Royale let me play against nobody! I played as usual but it kept saying 0 other players. So of course I won all the gold bars, and I’m thankful. Then today, poof, the game says it’s not available. Over and over it said the same thing. I have no idea why I had no competitors unless it’s because I'm on level 12,367. Surely that’s not the case. I know they’re a lot of players on higher levels.
Yep, anyone can call it whatever they want (BS/mischief/shenanigans/etc.); but it's yet another way that King screw over players at the higher levels.
I am above Level 10000, was able to play Royale every few hours and winning a lot of gold bars. Then all of a sudden,just stopped being able to play. In my opinion, it’s not about not enough players, just King decided to pull the event from me.
Not so much mischief @MarkLucas3, I just think the provided explanation doesn't offer all the facts. In my Candy Royale it finds 100 players fairly quickly. If I complete a level it then shows me how many players are left. So I start with a 100, complete a level and then I am shown 62 players (for example). It isn't clear to me what has happened. Does this mean the 62 people left have played the same level as me at the same time as me? I would say no as the result is offered to quickly.
I think what is happening is similar to the Episode Race in that I am competing against a record of how well people played across the five/seven levels of the Royale.
That is, the Royale matches me with players that have completed the level I am on, and then matches me again with how many of the original 100 completed the level on the first attempt.
If I am right then the explanation of there not being enough players for a match in Royale if you are passed level 10,000 doesn't make sense as their must be 100 players out of the million or so at this level to be matched with. All I can conclude is that the explanation doesn't include all the facts, so not mischief until I know for sure what is going on.

Hello @peteM1911 Candy Royale does not seem to work very well for players that are at levels above 10,000. The official reason is that the game can't find enough players for you to play against and this is the reason you get that message. Personally I think there is more to it than that.

The Candy Royale is a bonus feature and all bonus features are not always guaranteed to be in your game. The features are given to randomly selected groups of people so this will mean your not in that group now but you could be in the future.

I never lose in Episode Race and have my win streak 146 or 147 yesterday but today when I started playing my first new episode my win streak reset to zero. So, I probably need to do that again. I'm need to continue my playing until I got win streak 200 start from zero today. I never know this can happens @christinewupp
