Why on earth would you change it?! how is it fair that some players had a much easier level with 8 while the rest of us have to struggle with 5. The video you posted clearly shows the only way to pass the level now is by total fluke!The game board was updated so now everyone has the bombs with 5 moves. I think you might be watching an older video. Check this out one as it has the updated board:
