Lost progress

Level 1

It started me back at level 1.  I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling.  Nothing has worked.

    Also, before anyone asks ... yes, I am logged in through Facebook.

    Hello, it's my dad's phone, he got the same problem unfortunately the game started him back level 1 ! Can u help Jim,Mr Hawk, please ?

    Hi Franck Toutoun,

    We require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact with your dad and solve the issue.

    Hi Mark,

    My mother also has the same issue. She did not register with a facebook account or a King user but she has played the game for a long time now, having to always wait for new episodes to be created. It is upsetting that the "update" forced her to uninstall the game and then make her lose all progress in it. Please help us fix this issue.

    Despite your mother not having the game connected to Facebook we will still be able to help her retrieve her levels.

    Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored.     Hi Mark, my mother has attempted to create a King Care account but the only way to create one is to have facebook. Is is possible to resolve the issue through my account instead? I am the only one that has a facebook account. The google account that she downloaded Candy Crush also belongs to me so I am aware of the activity on it. However, she will still be the one directly requesting to retrieve her levels. Would that be fine?

    Hi Mark! My mum got the same problem as everyone else here. Is it possible for you Mark to help her back to lvl 2026? She was connected to facebook when this happend! Please she needs your help! :)
