Map progression problem
Hello I’m having a problem regarding the map of the game.I keep passing levels but they seem to just recycle the worlds over and over again,for example :

The problem is this world has been repeated several episodes back :
I’m sorry but it seems that the developers do not care about their customers anymore,they just produce levels with zero creativity.The game’s map and stories was something really beautiful,different and creative.I think I’ll have to just delete the game and try to find something else 😕 everything is too simplified and changed to the worse.

The maps used to be different many years ago but they made them all of the same to save on device storage.

Sorry for the onconvenience. Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.if this not works
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

Do you use two devices to play? You seem to have had a sync problem.
If you use two devices always make sure that both are at the same level otherwise only one of the two will continue with the progress.
If you don't use multiple devices but your game is out of sync with your current level and the standard troubleshooting doesn't work, you should contact Player Support as suggested above.

No no there is no problem with the progress,my problem is that the map is repeating itself,the levels are different but the map is keep repeating itself,same stories,same backgrounds,same episodes

OK! I got it! At first I thought that when you opened the map the game would restart from a different level than the current one.
Yes, the map may always look the same but as you go along the characters or the colors of the scenario change.
