Stuck Level 8815 - Red Candies Won't Drop

Hello - I am stuck on level 8815 and have tried everything to resolve. I watched a video showing how to play the level, but my level doesn't work like that. Once I get to the point where the yellow candy eater completes eating all yellow candies, the red candies should drop and should open the blocked RED blocks, but it never does. I've logged out, signed out and signed back in with no luck. Tried both mobile and PC - both never let the red candies drop.

@maramirez32 I checked the level and there doesn't seem to be any problems. I'll show you my screenshot so let's try to figure out the problem.
When the frog eats all the yellow candies you have to move it to the red key on the left, at this point before the red candies fall, you have to break the bubblegum tops (the green circle).
When you have destroyed the bubblegum as well, You would be able to have the two colorbombs close together.

Hello! I ended up here because I am having the same issue with this game. My frog will not jump onto the bubble gum square- I manage to have a blinking frog several times but it will not jump onto the bubble gum. I am able to do some damage to the bubble gum when I clear the squares, but otherwise I can’t touch it because of the black lines around the square. It’s very frustrating. Perhaps it’s because I am clearing a square before the frog jumps on the red candy? Maybe I need to hold off on those until the frog eats the red candy?
