❌✉️ No Lives received/ inbox empty (fixed)

The issue of lives not being received is currently under investigation, please keep an eye on this post for updates on when this will be resolved:

I am not receiving lives from friends and verified they send lives. Only certain friends sending is received that to one or two lives. There's is issue in latest app of candy crush saga

This is happening to me too. I didn’t realize it at first and I ended up having to buy gold bars and refill lives that way a few times ;( seems like a money grab.

I hope when the error is fixed the accounts that lost gold bars and lives will be compensated in some way to make up for the money spent and downtime while waiting for lives to refill …

Sorry, I meant to say you can only receive 5 lives a day from friends.
