personally, having a bowl of warm soup or sushi always makes me feel better afterwards especially when going through something tough :') i'd like to know yours!
Homemade (by my husband) pizza. My mom made the the best homemade pizza when I was growing up and now my husband makes it every Saturday night for movie night.
Mine is uncooked ramen noodles. O-O (The texture helps me calm down and helps with oral stimulation and is good that it’s plain in case of sensory overload) Your soup and sushi sounds really good though.
