Not getting episode race gold's and didn't receive Sam streak prize

I have won over 40 episode race but didn't got any gold, I have tried everything restarting the mobile, reinstalling.I have the latest update. Another issue is that I played nonstop for a day to win the Sam streak prize but you guys didn't give me the prize for that too. I'm starting to hate this game now because there is no reward for my hardwork. Fix the issues so I start to enjoy this game again

Hello @Rabeet678910 seeing as you have tried the standard troubleshooting techniques and they haven't worked all you can do is contact Player Support.
To be honest the issue of Sam's Streak not providing the rewards is quite often complained about, but I thought they had fixed the issue.
Player Support can be contacted through the Help function of your game or by using the link below.

By the way please don't reinstall the game. By reinstalling the game you wipe out all memory/data of the game from your device. This would also delete any memory of your Sam's Streak and Episode Race win.
If you fail to obtain the gold from the Episode Race again all you have to do is close your game and reopen it again. If that doesn't work then try signing out of your game, restarting your device, and then signing back into your game. If neither of those techniques work do not reinstall your app.

I have contacted 2 times, this is the third time I'll contact. Hopefully they will fix the issues

I hate this game now, you guys suck at fixing your game issues, I'm fed up of complaining and getting the only message we will contact you shortly and nothing after that
