Hi there, one thing you can try doing is signing out and back into your app, and then play a few levels. This made it appear for me :)

The badge / banner will suddenly appear on your avatar. Sometimes it may appear after passing a few levels after the Milestone Level (Level 5000 in your case).
Also, keep in mind that it is currently not available to all players. If you click on the post published by Kiara_Wael above, you will already find a discussion about it.

Maybe try reposting. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest sending a private message to a Community Manager.
On the off chance your talking about your level banner, make sure you have the feature turned on in your Settings:

o to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Features - Milestone Badge - Off/On. I hope this helps. Good luck!
