This seems to be an ongoing major issue- I wonder how many players they will lose and whether they will compensate those of us who hung on in there…gold bars or something? No, I doubt it. Come on King, a week is long enough for your techies to sort this! After 3 days with an empty inbox and emailing customer support Tuesday I got my lives back on Wednesday- maybe they don’t realise how many people are affected. I hope you all get your lives back soon!
So what! I can play SAGA, but now I can't log in at all. I get an error message that says to try again later. So no Lives out or in. FOR OVER 24 HOURS NOW!!!! And no way to know if my wins were logged.
And don't even mush mouth me about my connection speed. I have a blazing fast connection.
Meanwhile on FRIENDS, I can log in but there's no place to ask for or receive Lives, except for a pop-up when I zero out — which GNDN. So where's my friends on FRIENDS?!?!?!?!
And you guys want us to pay real money for Lives and Boosters — FORGET IT!!!!
Have not received ANY lives in about 10 days! Normally I send and receive 50-60 daily. NONE
my limit now is 100 and I have about another 100 saved. So until I get down below my limit, then, and only then ,,,,,, I can receive 10 maximum daily? This is ridiculous. I have been playing almost 10 years. And really enjoying the last few months that I can play with family and friends. But now?
I am very disappointed with the King admin not giving any constructive answers what is going on. Instead they let their main high end players send out very generic messages? Please, you really under estimate the intelligence of your players King. It’s a game.
