💻️⛔️ Purchase issues on Windows app via Microsoft Store (Fixed)

We are currently investigating why some players are not able to make any purchases in the game when playing via the Windows app.

Please note that this issue is only on Windows app and when purchasing via Microsoft Store.

This issue may give you various error messages or just a blank white pop up in the game.

We are looking into this issue and hopefully will have found a solution for it soon.


Meanwhile, please try this workaround which should help until the issue is fixed:

-Open Microsoft Store

-Locate your Account Settings in the top right corner of the screen

-Select App Settings

-Turn on the ‘Purchase sign-in' feature

-Go back to the game and try making a purchase once again

    The cause of this issue has now been found and it will be fixed soon!

    When trying to make a purchase while Playing Candy Crush Saga, I cannot connect to the Store. All rewards etc are working perfectly and can easily make purchases within other King games. Any ideas please as to what might be wrong? Thank you.

    It sounds like the app is not properly connecting to the internet. Try signing out and back in to see if that helps. Cheers!

    Newbie

    I play Candy Crush Saga on my laptop and suddenly I'm not able to make purchases. When I try to purchase something, instead of giving me the screen box to enter my password (authorizing the purchase) the box changes to an empty white box. I "X" out of the box and it verifies no purchase was made. I've logged out, cleared the cache, and still have the problem. What's the issue?

    Hello, I cannot get any purchases of gold bars or boosters on my game. The window opens for microsoft, then goes blank. I have waited up to 30 minutes for it to load and never laods. I made successful purchases on June 10th 2022. I am currently in Japan for my job. I arrived here on the 7th and made 3 purchases from here, using the same computer and same log-in...This has cost me my winning streak of almost 3000 games in a row because I could not purchase more bars to keep going on the level.     Believe me, I have spent a LOT of money. My credit is fine and my card on file is current. I am on level 12034, so I have been playing for a while. When I click on one of the special offers or go to the store, this is what happens:

    A white window with a small suitcase containing 4 colored squares pops up, turns dark momentarily, then goes back to white. I get a blue rotating circle that says "Just a Moment" . Then it turns all white - blank - and there it sits. When I eventually close it, I get the "Purchase Unsuccessful. No money was removed from your account" message.

    I would like to be able to buy one of the special offers but -- no luck. I have not changed any settings, have rebooted my computer (I am playing on my laptop), and opened and closed the game several times.

    Any ideas???

    I think I'm getting the same as you on my Win 10 device

    I had to make my in-game purchase from my Android device
