Trouble with Connection error

Since yesterday, I have not been able to see my picture, enter any events, request or give lives, and shows the message there is a connection error.

it’s frustrating because on several events I was first and now the events are gone as well as the time left.

I believe this happened on Saturday when I reset my password on the account. Can anyone please help.

It sounds like your app is not connecting to the internet. This is due to an issue with either your app or your phone. Try signing out of your account and back in within the app. Good luck!

You need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster

when I try to do that, it keeps saying, there was a connection error try again in a bit. I have been getting that message for todays. Do you have any other ideas??? Thanks for your help.

Thanks to all! I got it! I had to uninstall and test all it! At least I didn’t lose my progress!
