Hello @oli0117 the most likely explanation for this is that you have lost your Fantastic Five feature. The issue of the points not adding up in my F5 happened to me as well just before I lost the feature.
You can try the standard troubleshooting techniques, but I very much doubt they will help if you have lost the feature.
Check your features to see if F5 is still listed there.

There is sometimes a graph issue. to check if you have this you would need to add your team scores up to see if you have reached the 7000 target. If your team has not reached the target due to the issue please note that the scores in this case are counted in the background and if your team reaches the target in the given time you will receive you rewards.

Hi @oli0117 your score went from 60 to 210, so this shows that the Fantastic Five feature is working. The issue is that your actual score of 2700 is nowhere near the points required for either the second or last rewards. You need 4300 for the second reward and 7000 for the last reward.
If you keep playing you will get the rewards, but as you need another 1600 points just to get the second reward and you have less than twelve hours left you will struggle to get the rewards now.

I know what you mean as you Can see the yellow bar is on last bar and this morning hits 7000 and like usually scores pop out on screen... But didnt get reward.. End ever since when i pass a next level is like points going back to for example 6975 then adding 25 points and snowing 7000 but not reward... I will try record screen to show what i mean...
